Air Jordan 12 OVO “Black”

air-jordan-12-ovo-black

We already knew that the February 18th release of the Air Jordan 12 OVO “Black” would be limited, but we just weren’t sure how limited? Well, Footaction is only releasing the shoe at one store. Yes, one store in the entire US of A.

If this is any indication of just how rare retail presence of the shoe will be, don’t anticipate even difficult cop; it’ll be almost impossible. Undoubtedly there will be some retail exposure in New Orleans during NBA All-Star weekend, but even that’s extremely hit or miss.

Footaction’s 32 State Street location, of course, is just one retailer. You can expect other stores to release pairs although likely on the same scale. Stay tuned for more info as the February 18th release date approaches. Read more

Air Jordan 12 OVO “Black”

air-jordan-12-ovo-black

After a long wait and many unanswered questions, the Black Air Jordan OVO 12’s will finally release on February 18th at select retailers during NBA All-Star Weekend. The shoe will retail at $225.

Much like the launch of the “White” 12’s which dropped last September, this luxurious black pair will be a must-have upon release. Defined by premium materials like lush suede and stingray leather, signature moments can also be found at the insole where a Metallic Gold OVO owl logo is located. Yet what truly defines the shoe is its rich, caviar-textured mudguard, an update seemingly exclusive to October’s Very Own releases.

Make sure you circle February 18th on your calendar as the official Jordan Release Date for the Air Jordan 12 OVO “Black” and stay tuned as retailers will be announced leading up to the NBA All-Star weekend launch. Read more
