Damn this one just about 10 years old.
Check out this video of a young Jay-Z who dropped by Rap City back in 1990 with Big Daddy Kane and was asked to kick a freestyle after being ignored practically the whole segment. This was way before Roc-A-Fella, Roc Nation, while still running around with Jaz-O. As most of us that know about vintage Hov, he was spitting that double time flow to try to show the world why he was a forced to be reckoned with on the mic.
I know y’all remember this one…
Before there was Bobby Shmurda with ‘Hot Nigga’ we had Lloyd Banks with ‘Jackpot’ back in 2012. Jahlil (Jungle) Beats holla at me!
Here’s the original ‘Welcome To Atlanta’ visual with JD & Luda. 13 years later JD teams up with Rich Homie Quan, Young Thug & Migos to bring us ‘New Atlanta’ with the new kids on the block which is a banger!
