Audio: French Montana Talks ‘Excuse My French’ Album, First Week Sales & MTV’s Hottest MCs List
French Montana recently stopped by DJ Drama’s radio show in Atlanta for a chat. He talks about his upcoming debut album ‘Excuse My Album’, which he calls the best album to come out in the past 10 years. He says that he wants to sell 200k or more in his first week. French goes on to talk about his ‘Freaks’ single and how it came about. Then, he gives his thoughts on MTV’s Hottest MCs list and responds to the criticism that he always has features on his singles. Finally, he mentions that The Weeknd, Ne-Yo, Scarface and more will be on his album and that he is waiting for a verse from ‘the godfather’.

He talked on how he gets all the collaborations together, who fronts on him on doing tracks, if he has the new iPhone 5 , and more. He also spoke on the BET Awards fiasco, between Young Jeezy & Rick Ross, giving them his point of view from the confrontation, saying it wasn’t as huge as people are making it out to be.
