Ferrari’s flagship Enzo model is coming to an end. Fans of the brand are anxiously awaiting first images of the follow-up model, currently running under the codename F70.
Set to debut this year and hitting retailers in 2013, there are not official images yet of the new Ferrari. Therefore Sydney designer David Williams has produced an incredible set of renderings of his vision of the upcoming Ferrari F70. “Ferrari has already revealed that the official F70 will be packed with a mid mounted, rear wheel drive 7.3 liter naturally aspirated V12 pumping out 800 horsepower paired with a pair 120 horsepower electric motors. This will put the Ferrari F70 up in the 900 to 1000 horsepower.”
Towards the end of last year the Mercedes-Benz SF1 was presented as a concept car, designed by Steel Drake. Having removed the front wings and bonnet in favor of custom designs, the automobile also features a diffuser integrated into the new rear apron and the inclusion of a rear wing while new side sills utilize built-in channels to direct additional cool air to both the rear brakes and drive unit.
